A glimpse into our process
Concept Design
Clients, architects or designers provide a design.
OR
We develop a concept design based on discussions with the client.
Quoting
Once the concept design is finalised, we provide a quote.
Upon approval, a deposit invoice is issued to the client.
Drawings
After the deposit is received, we begin the shop drawing process.
This includes:
- Communication with client
- Production timeline
- Shop drawings (up to three revisions)
- Final approval
Site Measure
A site visit is conducted to record precise measurements of the space. This can take place either before, during or after the shop drawing process.
Manufacturing
The manufacturing process commences.
This includes:
- Cutting list is completed.
- Materials and hardware ordered.
- Materials are cut on CNC machinery.
- Painting process (if applicable).
- Assembly of cabinetry.
- Dispatch inspection is performed.
Delivery
A delivery date is scheduled with client and a progress invoice is issued.
Cabinetry and doors are protected with film before being loading into the delivery trucks.
The joinery items are delivered to their designated locations with care.
Installation
Installers utilise detailed shop drawings to complete the installation within the agreed timeframe.
A handover form is signed by the client upon completion.
Defects
Any defects noted in the handover form are promptly addressed.
Site visits may be conducted to assess and resolve issues.
Once all defects are rectified, the final invoice is issued.
